Peer Court - Lincoln Law School of San Jose
Teen volunteers act as jurors, attorneys, and court staff in a real San Jose courtroom to hear cases of first-time teen offenders, using motivational interviewing and trauma-informed, restorative-justice practices under the mentorship of Lincoln Law School.
