SEA Team Volunteer Program (Aquarium of the Bay)
A teen volunteer program at Aquarium of the Bay in San Francisco for students ages 14-15 who commit to at least six months of service. Volunteers assist with exhibit interpretation, animal husbandry support, and visitor education about San Francisco Bay marine life.
Volunteers are vital to the operation of all our programs.
ALL volunteers are required to attend a volunteer orientation and commit to the role for a minimum of 6 months.
Must be 18 years old for animal care and dive volunteer roles.

A hands-on summer day camp at the California Historical Radio Society's Radio Central museum in Alameda, where students produce radio dramas and podcasts and co-host a live morning radio show, working with both vintage and modern broadcast equipment under a veteran audio-production instructor.
American Red Cross Bay Area/North Bay Red Cross Clubs
Student-led Red Cross Clubs at Northern California Coastal Region high schools, where teens ages 13-18 organize service projects, blood drives, and disaster-preparedness education for their campus and community, building leadership skills with minimal adult oversight.
Berkeley Senior Center Volunteer Program
A City of Berkeley program where volunteers help at the North and South Berkeley Senior Centers and Meals on Wheels office with front-desk work, meal service, groceries, and activities; teens under 18 may volunteer with adult supervision.

A year-long program for Sacramento-region high schoolers combining field days on farms, ranches, and agricultural businesses with leadership training, mentoring, and a student-led community action project in sustainable agriculture.
